Return and Refund Policy

Weeziez wants every customer to be pleased with their purchase. We therefore provide a 15-day window to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, an item should be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. If you have already opened or used some of the product and are unhappy with it, please reach out to our support team—we may still be able to help.

Refund Process

When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and email you confirmation of receipt. You will also be informed whether the refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an expected refund, first re-check your bank account, then contact your credit-card company and bank; it can take time for refunds to post. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please email support@weeziez.com.

Sale Items

Only regularly-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are final and cannot be refunded

Damaged or Defective Products

Exchanges

We exchange items only when they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us and we will provide shipping instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, refunds will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To start a return, please contact support@weeziez.com to obtain the return address. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For expensive items, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
